Refund & Cancellations

Refund policy- We offer full refunds if the following conditions are met:

1) The packaging sent is damaged beyond measure and has affected the product inside in some manner.

2) The product or meat inside has been tampered with during delivery.

3) Partial products missing from the packaging must be reported immediately with supporting evidence for a thorough review and resolution.

For the any of the above scenarios, we would require the customer to send proof via images or videos to orders@freshnfrozen.com. Once we have verified the proof, we will issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method chosen by the customer. We only provide cash refunds if the chosen payment method is Cash on Delivery.

Cancellation Policy- Customer can cancel the order within 15 minutes after placing the order if he/she wishes to. We would not accept any order cancellations after 15 minutes of the order being placed. In the case of where the payment method is Cash on Delivery and the customer is rejecting the order without any proper cause and with malafide intention, this would cause the customer to be permanently banned from using the website and ordering from FreshnFrozen.
