In a large plastic bag combine all ingredients except the pork chops.
Remove 1/4 cup for basting and add the pork chops in the remaining marinade.
Coat the pork chops properly on both sides and marinate for 3hrs in the fridge.
After 3hrs, drain the marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4mins.
Turn, baste with reserved marinade and grill for 4-7mins until juices run clear.
